In addition, Tim has served as nationwide labor and employment counsel for the largest nonprofit dialysis company in the U.S.

Represented the dermatology platform of a private equity firm in the settlement of complex litigation in two jurisdictions relating to the unwinding of a physician practice group purchase
Recently won dismissal of a lawsuit filed against a Middle Tennessee strip mall property owner for Title III Americans with Disabilities Act violations
Represented an industrial equipment supplier based in Greenville, Tennessee in contentious union negotiations
