Resolution of Complex Litigation for Dermatology Client

We represented the dermatology platform of a private equity firm in the settlement of complex litigation in two jurisdictions relating to the unwinding of a physician practice group purchase in which our client alleged sellers violated certain covenants. The matter involved litigation over the stock purchase agreement and various employment agreements.
