We hire law students who demonstrate high academic achievement, participate in law school and extracurricular activities, and show an interest in the community to experience our dynamic and well-rounded summer associate program. Our program is designed to provide you with a realistic picture of life as an associate. Summer associates have the opportunity to participate in the life of the firm, including contributions to pro bono work and engagement with our diversity and inclusion program and affinity groups. The relationships you build and the challenging opportunities you discover over the summer will continue when you begin a legal career with us.

In 2025, our Memphis, Nashville and Washington, DC offices will sponsor a summer associate program for first-year and second-year law students. We will offer a full summer ten-week program that is scheduled to run from May 19 through July 25.
