Resolution of Discriminatory Allegations Against Private University

Obtained favorable resolution for a private university to potentially volatile allegations asserted by opposing counsel. The plaintiff alleged religious discrimination by the University with the regard to its student health insurance coverage requirements and threatened to go to press to allege religious discrimination by the University. In the end, the student was required to obtain some additional coverage and in return was excused from the University’s coverage requirements for students.
