Successful Renegotiation of Union Contract for Industrial Equipment Supplier

We represented an industrial equipment supplier based in Greenville, Tennessee in contentious union negotiations centered primarily on health insurance and other benefits, which threatened to prevent an agreement from being reached. In the end, the union voted to ratify the new contract.
