We successfully defended an operator of dialysis centers across the U.S., in a multi-plaintiff action filed in the District Court for the District of Albuquerque. Two former female employees of the company’s organ procurement organization alleged unlawful gender discrimination. After extensive discovery and the filing of a summary judgment motion, the plaintiffs and our client reached a favorable settlement.
