Tatjana Paterno has represented public and private companies in M&A transactions valued over $17 billion in the aggregate and securities transactions valued over $2.5 billion in the aggregate. In addition to her M&A and securities practice, Tatjana advises clients on disclosure, executive compensation and governance issues, as well as shareholder proposals and challenges from activist shareholders. Her clients include healthcare, wellness, information technology, manufacturing and senior living companies. She is focused on achieving efficient, practical solutions for her clients.
Tatjana is a frequent speaker on M&A topics and is actively involved in the American Bar Association's (ABA) Mergers & Acquisitions Committee, including editing of the Model Asset Purchase Agreement and co-chairing the Membership Committee. Tatjana is also a member of the working group that compiles the widely-recognized "Deal Points Study," a study of negotiated M&A terms that is published biannually by the ABA Mergers & Acquisitions Committee.
Tatjana has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by the Mid-South Super Lawyers for the past three years. She is fluent in Russian and Estonian.
