PhyMed Healthcare Group Acquires Two Anesthesia Practices

We represented PhyMed Healthcare Group in its acquisition of two affiliated practices, Anesthesia Associates of York, Pennsylvania (AAY) and Anesthesia Associates of Laurel, Maryland (AAL), for an undisclosed amount. This acquisition increases PhyMed’s South Central Pennsylvania presence and adds five York County locations. The transaction will also increase PhyMed’s Maryland presence between Baltimore and Washington, D. C.
