We represented Boston Baskin Cancer Group in its September 2011 sale to Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation. The oncology practice left its longstanding affiliation with UT Health Sciences Center and joined one of the major hospital and health systems in Shelby County, Tennessee, West Tennessee, Northern Mississippi and Eastern Arkansas in its development of a regional cancer center, which is also now affiliated with Vanderbilt University Medical Center for research programs.
