We represented Quest Diagnostics in its acquisition of the outreach laboratory service business Clinical Laboratory Partners (CLP), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hartford Health Care (HHC). HHC is an integrated health care system with five hospitals in Connecticut. Financial terms were not disclosed. Since 2011, we have counseled Quest in more than 10 transactions.
