We represented a national owner/operator of senior living communities in the $56 million acquisition of two senior living communities and associated unimproved properties in the state of Washington which was subsequently contributed to a RIDEA joint venture with a real estate investment trust (REIT). Our representation involved the negotiation of the purchase, joint venture and financing agreements, and due diligence on real estate, tax, healthcare licensure regulatory and other matters.
