ACG Tennessee, the Tennessee Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), has announced the election of Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Tatjana Paterno as the new Board President. Tatjana assumed the role on January 1, 2023 and will serve a one-year term. In this capacity, Tatjana will lead the Chapter’s initiatives to provide quality programming content and networking opportunities for its members.

“I have been fortunate to watch ACG Tennessee grow and thrive since I first joined the Chapter back in 2011. I look forward to working with the ACG Board on providing even more value to our members and am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for us in 2023,” Tatjana said.

ACG Tennessee serves over 225 members who are directly involved in M&A transactions – including private equity and family office investors, intermediaries, lenders, and M&A service providers – and is dedicated to helping middle-market M&A professionals build and maintain trusted and productive relationships through membership and event opportunities.
