Paige Mills joined Bass, Berry & Sims in 2001 and was named a Member of the firm in 2005. As a seasoned trial lawyer with more than 25 years of litigation experience, she concentrates her practice in complex litigation and intellectual property and technology. Paige routinely represents clients all over the country in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, entertainment, advertising, privacy, internet and technology disputes. She has successfully prosecuted and defended numerous temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction proceedings in these areas and regularly prosecutes and defends trademark oppositions and cancellations before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her practice also includes providing business advice and consultation to clients regarding the identification and protection of their intellectual property, as well as in data security and privacy matters. In 2019, Paige was accepted as a mediator for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center, an international organization that resolves various types of intellectual property disputes.

Paige’s practice also includes extensive experience in the litigation of commercial and employment disputes as well as tort and insurance matters.
