Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Paige Mills is speaking at a Network of Trial Law Firms program titled, “Litigation Management: Coasting Beyond the Chaos.” Paige will speak on the topic of “Fast & Furious: Gearing Up for TRO’s and Preliminary Injunctions.” Her presentation will offer practical tips for quickly and efficiently proving (or disproving) that the moving party has a “substantial likelihood of success on the merits” and that there is a danger of “immediate and irreparable harm.” She will also give attendees practical guidelines for meeting challenges and present a roadmap for avoiding common pitfalls.
