Working primarily with publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REITs) and commercial real estate owners, Gil Uhlhorn advises clients on the acquisition, disposition and financing of real estate assets. He also assists with long-range planning, leasing and day-to-day issues encountered by owners of real estate. In the past five years alone, Gil has assisted public and private clients in more than $2.3 billion worth of real estate purchase and sale transactions and $11 billion in financing transactions.
