We represented a real estate developer in connection with its acquisition of property in Denver, Colorado in connection with development of a 240-room hotel with total development costs of approximately $114 million. The project is located in an opportunity zone and our representation included the formation of a joint venture with the co-developer and an acquisition loan. The site is part of a World Trade Center multi-purpose campus in the RiNo Art District in Denver that includes a state-of-the art conference center and training facilities, a flagship business hotel and globally-themed restaurants and retail stores.
