We represented a public multi-family REIT in connection with a joint venture with a national apartment developer to acquire approximately 24 acres of land in Orlando, Florida, and develop a 264-unit apartment complex with a total development cost of approximately $65.5 million. We represented our client in connection with the construction loan to the joint venture in the amount of approximately $40 million.
