Bass, Berry & Sims was named a winner in the two categories related to the following deals:
- M&A Deal of the Year ($10MM-$25MM) – Addus HomeCare Acquires Arcadia Home Care & Staffing
- Healthcare and Life Sciences Deal of the Year (Over $100MM-$1B) – Acquisition of Paragon Medical, Inc. by NN, Inc.
