$23 Million Senior Living Facility Acquisition

We represented a real estate investment and development company in connection with the acquisition of the Oak Grove Inn independent and assisted living facility and adjoining vacant land in Montgomery, Alabama for $23 million.  The acquisition included an acquisition loan from Pinnacle Bank for $10.34 million.
