A team of pro bono lawyers in our Memphis office represented Neighborhood Preservation Inc. (NPI) in acquiring a number of tax sale parcels of land as part of an effort to redevelop a blighted area in Memphis. NPI is a nonprofit organization that works closely with neighborhood residents to bring back empty lands and buildings as community assets. These acquisition are central to NPI’s work to remove systemic barriers to revitalizing Memphis neighborhoods.
