Acquisition and Development of Self-Storage Facilities Across the U.S.

We represented a private fund investment group in the land purchase and development of more than $1 million square feet/8,700 units of self-storage space in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky and North Carolina. The total land purchase price for the combined transactions is $23 million with total developments costs exceeding $142 million.
