Michael Holley is the chair of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on representing private equity firms, strategic investors and their portfolio companies in the structuring and execution of leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, private offerings, recapitalizations, and mergers and acquisitions. Michael also advises clients on corporate governance, compliance and other general corporate matters. Michael’s experience covers a range of industries including healthcare services, healthcare information technology, manufacturing and technology.

- Mergers & Acquisitions – Representing private companies and private equity sponsors in mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and recapitalizations.
- Venture Capital –Representing investors and start-up and emerging growth companies in early- and late-stage venture capital and growth equity investments, mezzanine debt financings, and other private finance matters.
- Private Equity Fund Formation – Representing private equity fund sponsors and investors in private equity fund formations, fund-level restructurings and governance matters.
