Michael Holley is the chair of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on representing private equity firms, strategic investors and their portfolio companies in the structuring and execution of leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, private offerings, recapitalizations, and mergers and acquisitions. Michael also advises clients on corporate governance, compliance and other general corporate matters. Michael’s experience covers a range of industries including healthcare services, healthcare information technology, manufacturing and technology.
