LFM Capital’s Eckhart Acquires Eagle Engineering

We represented Eckhart, Inc., a portfolio company of LFM Capital, in its acquisition of Eagle Engineering, a premier industrial tool manufacturer. Terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.

Eagle Engineering, based in Eldridge, Iowa, manufacturers and designs custom assembly fixtures, welding stations and automated test stands across a multitude of industries, including aerospace, mining and renewable energy.

Eckhart, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of specialized ergonomic assembly line tools and equipment, has been a portfolio company of Nashville-based LFM Capital since 2015.
