We represented EDSCO Fasteners, a portfolio company of LFM Capital, in its acquisition of Indiana Anchor Bolt, Inc., a leading supplier of foundation anchoring systems for critical infrastructure installations such as power transmission poles and substation structures. The new Indiana facility will complement existing facilities as well as augment ship times for customers. Terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
