We represented Shore Capital Partners in the sale of its home infusion therapy portfolio company, SCP Specialty Infusion, to AxelaCare Health Solutions. Shore Capital Partners is a healthcare-focused, Chicago-based private equity firm. From 2009 to 2011 Shore Capital completed three add-on acquisitions, one of which was the acquisition of Sirona Infusion, LLC, to found SCP Specialty Infusion, and built three de novo pharmacies to become one of the largest privately-owned home infusion platforms.
