We represented LFM Capital portfolio company, PSI Control Solutions, a leading manufacturer and assembler of custom electrical control panels and emergency power products, in its acquisition of Salient Power Solutions, LLC (“Salient”), a leading manufacturer of switchboards, switchgear, and power solutions.
