We represented EDSCO Fasteners, a portfolio company of LFM Capital, in its acquisition of Tower Support Services, LLC, a provider of anchoring systems for critical infrastructure installations. The transaction will complement EDSCO’s footprint in Texas, Utah and North Carolina, as well as expand its service capabilities.
Tower Support Services, LLC is a leading manufacturer and supplier of foundation systems for the electrical transmission, substation, wind energy, lighting, and communication markets.
EDSCO Fasteners, a supplier and producer of anchor bolts and fasteners for large steel structures, has been a portfolio company of Nashville-based LFM Capital since January 2017.
