LFM Capital Acquires Medix Specialty Vehicles

LFM Capital acquired a majority stake in Medix Specialty Vehicles, an Indiana based ambulance company, on September 1, 2017. This transaction grows LFM’s portfolio to five manufacturers that make clamps, anchoring systems, shelves and other products. Financial terms not publicly disclosed. 

LFM Capital is a private equity investor focused on niche manufacturing and industrial services businesses.
