We represented Heartland Steel Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company of LFM Capital Partners, L.P., that makes steel racking, platforms, and safety solutions, in its acquisition of SteelPro LLC, a steel fabrication company based out of Houston, MS. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
