We represented Rainier Holding Company, a portfolio company of LFM Capital, in its acquisition of Eclipse Awning Systems, LLC; DIY Awnings, LLC; Sunstopper Shade, LLC and DIY Window Shades, LLC, which are multiple awning manufacturers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
