Todd Rolapp is Managing Partner of Bass, Berry & Sims and chairs the firm’s Executive Committee. He leads the strategic priorities of the firm, including performance, growth, client service, diversity and pro bono initiatives.
Todd represents Bass, Berry & Sims in the Hackathon Alliance, a group of law firms committed to piloting innovative programs to help close the gender gap in law firms. He also is a board member of the National Organization for Workforce Diversity and You Have the Power, a not-for-profit that serves to educate and empower those impacted by violent crime. Todd sits on the board of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce’s International Business Council, and is a former Chair of the Nashville Chamber’s Partnership 2020 Economic Development Committee. In June 2016, he was named a member of the Leadership Nashville Class of 2016-2017.
Prior to his election as Managing Partner in 2013, Todd served as Chair of the Corporate & Securities Practice Group and the Executive Compensation Practice Group where he advised public companies on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance and SEC reporting. He was a former member of the Advisory Board of corporatecounsel.net. He continues to represent a small number of international corporate clients in U.S. merger and acquisition transactions.

Represented National Surgical Hospitals in its recapitalization transaction, in partnership with senior management, with Irving Place Capital, a middle-market private equity firm
