Bass, Berry & Sims managing partner Todd Rolapp was named to the Nashville Business Journal’s (NBJ) 2019 Power 100 list. Todd was recognized in the Industry Giants category – the individuals leading the most powerful companies in Nashville.

Each year, the Nashville Business Journal recognizes the 100 leaders that are having the greatest influence on Nashville’s businesses, professionals and our economy. The list is broken down into six categories:  Connectors, Dealmakers, Disruptors, Heavy Hitters, Industry Giants, and Trendsetters. The full list of honorees was published in the November 22 print edition of the Nashville Business Journal.

Todd has served as managing partner of the firm since 2013 where he leads the strategic priorities of the firm, including performance, growth, client service, diversity and pro bono initiatives. Prior to his role as managing partner, Todd served as chair of the Corporate & Securities Practice Group and the Executive Compensation Practice Group where he advised public companies on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance and SEC reporting.
