Bass, Berry & Sims Managing Partner Todd Rolapp participated with more than 50 other law firms in the inaugural Women in Law Hackathon, a competition designed to generate innovative ideas to close the gender gap in law firms. Representatives from law firms, Diversity Lab, Stanford Law School and Bloomberg Law will participate in teams from January to June 2016 to devise initiatives aimed at helping retain and advance women in the legal profession.
