Todd Rolapp serves as Managing Partner of Bass, Berry & Sims and Chair of the firm’s Executive Committee, where he leads the strategic priorities that drive client service and firm performance, growth, and culture. Since his election as Managing Partner in 2013, the firm has continued to strengthen its market position, reflected in industry recognitions such as Chambers USA’s nationwide rankings, Law360’s Healthcare Practice Group of the Year in 2025 and 2020, The M&A Advisor’s 2021 Law Firm of the Year, and PitchBook’s consistent ranking of the firm as a leading law firm in private equity activity. In 2024, Todd led a comprehensive strategic planning process while overseeing the development and execution of a new headquarters strategy – planned prior to the pandemic and recalibrated during the shift to remote work. In January 2025, the firm successfully relocated to a 180,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art headquarters in downtown Nashville, reinforcing its commitment to innovation, collaboration, and long-term growth.
