Brian Iverson has led clients to victory in a wide range of high-stakes litigation across the nation. His practice primarily focuses on complex business disputes, including intellectual property, government contract and financial services litigation. Brian regularly appears in federal and state courts, as well as administrative and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings. He has served as trial and appellate counsel in multi-million dollar disputes. He is as comfortable in the boardroom as he is in the courtroom, advising and counseling clients on how to protect trademarks and other intellectual property assets and how to mitigate risks associated with business strategies.

Represented New Mountain Net Lease Corporation, a real estate investment trust (REIT) and affiliate of New Mountain Capital, in the acquisition and financing of six parcels of property
Represented the Town of Smyrna, Tennessee in a lawsuit against the Municipal Gas Authority of Georgia (MGAG) alleging unauthorized natural gas hedging charges imposed by MGAG. The case was resolved very favorably for the Town.

Successfully defended a firm financial institution client against claims arising out of cyber theft of funds of one of its commercial customers
Defending firm bank clients against class actions alleging they processed ATM and debit card transactions in a manner to maximize overdraft fees to its customers
Represented one of the largest distributors of camping and outdoor equipment in a patent infringement suit related to LED flashlights
Represented edo Interactive and two well-known financial institutions in connection with patent infringement claims
