Brian Sims focuses his practice on matters relating to corporate governance, securities regulation and mergers and acquisitions. Brian provides guidance on a variety of transactional matters, including Exchange Act reporting, public and private company acquisition and disposition and Section 16 compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian served as Assistant General Counsel at the Tennessee Department of Health.
