- Sarah E. Guthrie (Nashville) earned a law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law (2019) and an M.Acc. (2016) and a B.S. (2015) from the University of Tennessee.
- Mary Lindsey Hannahan (Nashville) earned a law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law (2019) and a B.S. from the University of Alabama, University Honors College (2016).
- Grant Hauss (Nashville) earned a law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law (2019) and a B.A. from the University of Kentucky (2016).
- Whitney Robinson (Memphis) earned a law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law (2019) and a B.S. from the University of Tennessee (2015).
The following four associates represent clients in complex litigation, contract disputes and business torts; they also assist clients in response to government investigations and related civil and criminal proceedings.
- Garrah Carter-Mason (Nashville) earned a law degree from Vanderbilt Law School (2019) and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University (2014).
- Wesley S. Love (Nashville) earned a law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law (2018) and a B.A. from Maryville College (2009). Prior to joining the firm, Love served as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Daniel Breen of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
- Caroline Stephens (Nashville) earned a law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law (2018) and B.A. degrees from Auburn University (2015). Prior to joining the firm, Stephens served as a law clerk for the Honorable William Pryor of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
- Michael C. Tackeff (Nashville) earned a law degree from Vanderbilt Law School (2018) and a B.A. and an M.A. from Brown University (2012). Prior to joining the firm, Tackeff served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gilbert S. Merritt of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
The following two attorneys provide healthcare regulatory counsel as it relates to compliance, operational and transactional matters.
- Tabitha L. Green (Nashville) earned a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center (2019) and a B.A. from Roanoke College (2016).
- Whitney Snow (Memphis) earned a law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law (2019) and a B.A. from Brigham Young University (2008).

- Austin C. Brown (Nashville) assists clients with commercial finance, public finance and real estate transactions. He earned a law degree from Vanderbilt Law School (2019) and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University (2015).
- Caitlin Wilkinson (Nashville) represents clients on intellectual property (IP) transaction matters, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing and service agreements, and strategic relationships. She also advises clients related to the procurement and enforcement of IP rights, including patent, trademark and copyright disputes. She earned a law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law (2019) and a B.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (2016).
