Caitlin Wilkinson represents clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters. She helps clients protect their IP assets, representing them in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing and service agreements, and strategic relationships. She also advises clients related to the procurement and enforcement of IP rights, including patent, trademark and copyright disputes.
