Real Estate – Representing developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of real property for a variety of real estate projects, including multi-family properties, industrial buildings and agricultural properties.
Financial Transactions – Representing borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including acquisition and construction loans, term loan facilities, asset based secured financings and revolving credit facilities.
Marisa also collaborates with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, which involve financing and real estate issues.
Marisa earned her law degree from the Washington University School of Law and a B.A. in communication and German from DePauw University.
