The firm advised Gen Cap America in its sale of ReBath and AmBath Corp. to an investor group led by Webster Capital and backed by equity co-investor Sorenson Capital. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. AmBath is a manufacturer of replacement bathtub systems for hotels and ReBath sells bathtub liners, wall systems, shower liners and vanity tops to retail customers.
