Chelsea Harrison represents clients from various industries on intellectual property matters. She helps clients protect their IP assets, representing them in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing and service agreements, strategic relationships and others. She routinely works with clients to prepare various commercial agreements, review and negotiate terms of technology transactions, and counsel clients on matters affecting intellectual property ownership, development, commercialization and protection. Chelsea also regularly supports significant intellectual property due diligence evaluations in the context of acquisitions and prepares and negotiates intellectual property and technology agreements in spin-outs and other acquisition transactions.
Chelsea earned her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a B.A. in English and political science from Vanderbilt University.
