We represented Tennessee Steel Haulers in its sale to Daseke, Inc. (Nasdaq: DSKE), the largest flatbed and specialized transportation company in North America. In Daseke’s acquisition sweep, it also picked up two other trucking companies (Roadmaster Group and Moore Freight Service) which increased their fleet size by 40 percent. Terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
