We represent a leading U.S. provider of senior care and assisted living communities in ongoing technology transaction matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology contracts with Microsoft, Amazon Web Services and other technology vendors. As part of our ongoing representation, we handle all of the company’s intellectual property matters, including technology transactions, privacy, copyright, marketing and advertising. We also represent the company in matters related to trademark portfolio prosecution, maintenance and management, including enforcement matters against infringers, handling domain name disputes, and monitoring trademarks and domain names globally for suspicious activity by third parties.
Additionally, we advise the client on an ongoing basis in connection with data privacy matters, including the applicability of HIPAA and state laws to affiliated entities; PCI standards; CCPA and TCPA compliance; and drafting and updating privacy and consent management policies.
