Katherine Todd counsels clients in all aspects of intellectual property, with a heavy concentration on trademark matters. She advises clients on trademark selection, acquisition, management and enforcement to help them achieve maximum brand protection. Her practice includes domestic and international portfolios of all sizes for companies across all industry sectors. Katherine also devises strategies for global policing and enforcement efforts. In addition to working with international counsel, she handles proceedings both at the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in federal court.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Katherine worked both as in-house trademark counsel for a well-known entertainment company and as an intellectual property associate at a large New York City law firm.
