The Kayo Women’s Healthcare Investment Forum will be held virtually on December 2, 2020. Bass, Berry & Sims is pleased to serve as the exclusive law firm sponsor for this event, which will explore why private equity finance has become an attractive option for healthcare companies. Discussions, led by thought leaders across the healthcare and private equity industry, will focus on healthcare services, practice management, and healthcare technology.

Corporate & Securities Partner, Tatjana Paterno, will lead a fireside chat with the Co-Heads of Healthcare Investment Banking at Matrix, Amanda Verner Thompson and Vasanta Pundarika. They will discuss how investors and company executives are addressing challenges such as rising healthcare costs, changing patient demographics, evolving consumer expectations, new market entrants, and complex health and technology ecosystems.

In addition to Tatjana and Lara, representing the firm in attendance will be Healthcare Practice Chair and Healthcare Private Equity Team Co-Chair, Angela Humphreys, Intellectual Property Partner Shelley Thomas, Corporate & Securities Managing Director Amy Norris, and Healthcare Managing Director Eleanor Smith.
