Tatjana Paterno has represented numerous national companies and private equity firms in M&A transactions valued at nearly $20 billion in the aggregate and securities transactions valued over $2.5 billion. Her clients include companies within the healthcare, wellness, food and beverage, information technology, manufacturing and senior living industries, among others. Tatjana also advises management, boards and special committees on shareholder activism, corporate governance and public company disclosure matters. Tatjana is focused on achieving efficient, practical solutions for her clients.

Tatjana is a frequent speaker on M&A topics and is actively involved in the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Mergers & Acquisitions Committee, including serving as Vice Chair of the Model Private Target Merger Agreement Task Force. Tatjana also serves as Vice Chair of the widely-recognized “Private Target Deal Points Study,” a study of negotiated M&A terms that is published biannually by the ABA Mergers & Acquisitions Committee.

Tatjana has been recognized as an “Emerging Leader, Legal Advisor Category” by The M&A Advisor in 2016 and as a “Rising Star” by Mid-South Super Lawyers. She is fluent in Russian and Estonian.
