Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Stewart Kameen and Bill Mathias will speak at American Health Law Association’s (AHLA) annual Fraud and Compliance Forum, a premier event that brings together healthcare legal and compliance professionals with federal regulatory and enforcement officials to exchange insights on emerging compliance issues, enforcement priorities, and practical strategies. Bill also currently serves as a member of the planning committee.
Stewart will speak during the session titled “Everything You Ever Wanted to Know about Beneficiary Inducements (but were too afraid to ask).” This session takes place on Wednesday, September 23 from 4:00–5:15 p.m. ET.
Bill will speak during the session titled “How Safe (Harbored) are Discounts?” This session takes place on Wednesday, September 23 from 2:45-3:45 p.m. ET.
