Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Bill Mathias will speak at American Health Law Association’s (AHLA) annual Fraud and Compliance Forum, a premier event that brings together healthcare legal and compliance professionals with federal regulatory and enforcement officials to exchange insights on emerging compliance issues, enforcement priorities, and practical strategies. Bill also currently serves as a member of the planning committee.
Bill will speak during the session titled “How Safe (Harbored) are Discounts?” This session takes place on Wednesday, September 23 from 2:45-3:45 p.m. ET.
