As chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Finance Practice Group, Cindy is a deal lawyer with over 30 years of experience representing banks, public and private companies and investors in a variety of financial transactions. She has a concentration in healthcare lending, with a focus on syndicated transactions and in real estate lending. In the last three years, Cindy has closed more than $1.1 billion in syndicated loan transactions, more than $1.8 billion in borrower side deals, and additional finance deals exceeding $1.1 billion.
