$800 Million Revolving Credit Facility for Brown-Forman Corporation

We represented Brown-Forman Corporation in an $800 million senior syndicated revolving credit facility with U.S. Bank National Association as administrative agent. The purpose of the facility was to provide capital to the company for its acquisitions, working capital, distributions and other corporate purposes.

Brown-Forman Corporation (NYSE:BFB) is a diversified producer of fine quality consumer products and one of the largest American-owned spirits and wine companies.
