Jeremy Gunn is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He represents clients in a wide range of matters including business and contract disputes, class actions, antitrust matters and products liability.

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Jeremy was an associate at Shook Hardy & Bacon LLP in Philadelphia. In his prior role he represented clients in contract disputes, cyber security litigation, products liability, and class actions in state and federal courts. After law school, Jeremy served as a law clerk to the Honorable John Preston Bailey of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. Jeremy earned his law degree from West Virginia University College of Law and a B.A. in political science from Vanderbilt University.
